This module is an introduction to false news, often referred to as fake news. This includes stories, images, and videos online and on social media. Users will learn what false news is, where you can find it, and what you can do to spot false news.
Module 2:
Types of False News
This module is an introduction to the types of false news. There are many types of false news including misinformation, disinformation, and clickbait. Users will learn about these types of false news: what they are, how to recognize them, and tips to avoid them. Some fact- checking resources are also provided.
