What is Diabetes?
This course is an introduction to diabetes. Users will learn about Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, and the connection between insulin and the pancreas for each type. Common symptoms will be discussed as well as how to manage and prevent the disease.
Module 2
Pesticides
This course is an introduction to pesticides: what they are and how they have far-reaching consequences for human health, animals, and the environment. Users will learn about No Mow May, the benefits of organic farming for fruits, vegetables, and grains, and some ideas to help limit the use of pesticides in their community.
