Political activity is heavily regulated by government. Federal and state laws govern everything from campaign finances to communication with legislators, and both corporations and individuals are subject to various campaign-related restrictions. Having a basic understanding of these regulations and restrictions is especially important as we approach this year's presidential, congressional and local elections. After a brief summary of the sources of the applicable law, this Course discusses what activities are allowed and prohibited by both companies and employees.
