Module 1
Sun Safety
This course is designed for children and preteens. This course is an introduction to sun safety. Users will learn how to protect themselves from the sun and UV rays. They will learn key terms such as UV index and SPF, as well as learning about the benefits of using sunscreen.
Module 2
Understanding Asthma
This course is an introduction to asthma. Users will learn what asthma is and what happens to the lungs during an asthma flare-up. The lungs become inflamed and it’s harder for air to get in and out of the lungs. Triggers of asthma flare-ups, such as allergies, cold temperatures, and certain types of exercise will also be discussed.
