In this Physically Fit! online training kids course you will learn the importance of physical exercise. This course explores the three components of an exercise program: aerobic activities, strengthening exercises, and flexibility training. It is important we all learn how to improve our physical fitness, especially to reach specific goals. This course was designed for children under 12 and can be taken on a computer, laptop, tablet or mobile device as time permits as progress information will be saved so you can pick back up where you left off.
