This updated Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action course gives an introduction to EEO/AA and offers guidance to comply with EEO/AA requirements.

As a federal contractor or subcontractor, with annual contracts of $50K or more, your company must comply with government regulations about employment. Failure to comply results in fine and lost government contracts.
