The nine modules in Employers Group's Human Resources Generalist Certificate program represent the body of knowledge you need to serve effectively in a generalist role. To earn the Human Resources Generalist Certificate, you must complete the nine modules in the program, pass an examination after each module, and pass a final comprehensive examination.You must score 80% or higher to pass each exam. If you do not pass the first time, you may attempt the exam again. If you do not pass on the second attempt, you will have to repeat the module.The information in this program is provided for general purposes only and should not be construed as legal advice.
