Vubiz and Employers Group

Vubiz and Employers Group (EG) formed a strategic partnership in 2008 in response to EG’s need to offer online training; specifically compliance training pertaining to new harassment laws in California. Passed in 2005, California Assembly Bill 1825 (AB1825) mandated that every employer with 50 or more employees provide two-hours of compliant harassment, discrimination and retaliation prevention training to supervisory employees at least every two years, in addition to providing training to new supervisory employees within 6 months of their hire and/or promotional date. This partnership has evolved so that EG is now one of Vubiz’s most important partnership growing sales for both partners significantly and giving EG the opportunity to offer a valuable online library to clients.
